Créer une application Paint pour tablettes

Cet article explique comment il est possible de créer une application Paint de base à l'aide de QML, QDeclarativeView ciblé pour MeeGo. QML est un langage qui ressemble à JavaScript et qui apporte une interface utilisateur riche à votre application. L'idée ici est de créer dynamiquement un élément QML avec JavaScript et de l'incorporer à l'élément root aux coordonnées (x,y) indiquées.

Eulen nach Athen tragen?
Hmmm, eigentlich nicht sehr zielführend, mit einem Ultrabook ins Büro zu gehen, aber für diesen Blogpost tue ich doch fast alles ;-). Arbeite momentan mit zwei unterschiedlichen Geräten, ein Non-Ultrabook, welches ich im Büro lasse (ist einfach zu schwer) und das andere bleibt meistens daheim oder geht mit auf Geschäftsreise. Funktioniert fast immer, trotz des ungleichen Standes auf den beiden Rechnern - Outlook habe ich mit Regeln und lokalen pst Dateien so eingerichtet, dass beide immer auf dem aktuellsten Stand sind. Und da ich so gut immer online bin und viel im Netz rumtreibe, geht das auch gut. So sieht´s dann aus, wenn mein Toshiba auf meinem Schreibtisch steht (übrigens individuell höhenverstellbar, könnte theoretisch auch im Stehen arbeiten, was ich allerdings nie tue...): Ach ja, hinten sieht man, dass ich die WebCam überklebt habe, sollte ich auch mal bei dem Ultrabook machen - will einfach Überraschungen vermeiden und es muss nun nicht wirklich sein, dass mich Kollegen eventuell im uralten T-Shirt im Home Office erwischen ;-) Zum Verfassen dieses Blogposts habe ich den Rechner allerdings vor die Tastatur des anderen gestellt und schon fing der Wirrwarr bei mir an: Warum tut sich denn nichts auf dem Monitor, wenn ich das Touchpad benutze? Warum bleibt der Cursor auf dem Ultrabook statisch, wenn ich die Maus bewege? Jaja, schon latent peinlich, aber ist tatsächlich passiert, war doch am Anfang etwas verwirrend für mich - vielleicht lags auch an der Klimaanlage die den ganzen lieben Tag kalte Luft auf meinen Kopf pustet....
Unterwegs mit meinem Ultrabook
Hatte ja bereits angekündigt, dass ich mit einem meiner Ultrabooks (Asus Zenbook & Toshiba Portege) durch München düsen werde und Euch daran teilhaben lasse. So, heute ist der erste Teil der Serie und unoriginellerweise fange ich mal zuhause an - working from home wie es bei Intel heisst; bei Microsoft hiess das ganz simpel Home Office.Nachdem ich leider nicht den Luxus eines separaten Arbeitszimmers besitze, muss mein wunderbarer kleiner 50er Jahre Tisch herhalten, ein Ultrabook hat darauf allerdings prima Platz. Zugegebenermaßen bearbeite ich daheim eher selten riesige Excel Sheets, sondern konzentriere mich auf den Social Kram, PowerPoint und natürlich emails und dafür brauche ich dann auch kein grosses externes Display. Theoretisch und praktisch könnte ich mit dem Toshiba Ultrabook auch WiDi nutzen, kommt für mich aber nicht in Frage, da ich zuhause keinen Monitor besitze. Mittags habe ich dann das Ultrabook eingepackt - gefühlt ist meine Tasche schwerer als das Gerät - und dann raus zu meinen Eltern ins ländliche München, Spargelessen :-)
Meine Ultrabooks, meine Wenigkeit und München
Muss ja zugeben, dass ich schon so manches mal etwas (aber wirklich nur etwas) neidisch bin, wenn Blogger von uns ein Ultrabook gestellt bekommen. Entweder sind das Tech-Blogger, die irgendwelche Benchmarks laufen lassen und auf Hardware Spezifikationen eingehen oder Blogger aus anderen Bereichen (Fashion, Mommy Blogger etc.), die sich dann tendenziell eher mit Faktoren wie Design, Mobilität und ähnlichem beschäftigen. Tja, und dieses Wochenende dachte ich mir, na das kann ich auch – bin ja auch im Besitz von gleich zwei Ultrabooks (Toshiba nutze ich beruflich und das Asus privat). Was das heisst? Werde nun in unregelmässigen Abständen mit einem meiner Ultrabooks (oder sogar mit beiden) in München umherdüsen und Euch davon berichten!

Unmengen an Ultrabook Unterhaltungsvideos
Den meisten von Euch ist ja sicher aufgefallen, dass gerade in Sachen Ultrabook sehr viel bei Intel passiert. Hier mal komplett subjektiv meine liebsten Videos zu dem Thema: Ist recht abgefahren und äußerst strange, aber genau deswegen finde ich das Video unglaublich großartig! Inwieweit ein auf dem Mond tanzender Löwenmensch was mit Ultrabooks zu tun hat ist mir auch schleierhaft… Von den Ultrabook Temptations Videos gefallen mir diese beiden am besten: Das ist eine sooo coole Idee, Geräte am Strand von Bondi Beach zu verbuddeln, witzig ist zu sehen, wer mit welchem Vorgehen versucht, eines der Geräte zu ergattern: Das Video macht einfach nur gute Laune, wer da nicht einmal zumindest kurz lächelt, muß ein echer Misanthrop sein, jawoll! Fantastische Kampagne von Toshiba I was framed – the Ultrabook Ultra Setup, unauffällig wird einer unbeteiligten Person ein Toshiba Ultrabook in die Tasche geschoben – unglaublich. Das Gerät ist aber wirklich so wahnsinnig dünn und leicht, bin übrigens ein sehr sehr glücklicher Besitzer dieses Ultrabooks! Teriyaki Boy in Tokyo – aber hallo, sehr cool: Ultrabook Projects mit will.i.am: das hat in Tokyo angefangen, muss ich mehr sagen?
Alles Neu macht der April!
Auch wenn wir hier in München einen zwischenzeitlichen Wintereinbruch gegeben hat, nähert sich doch nun endlich der Frühling und damit auch ein Start in viele Neuerungen – und wir warten nicht bis Mai, sondern fangen schon im April an! Also, was haben wir alles Neues zu berichten: Intel AppUp™ In-App Purchase: Content SDK Powered by Urban Airship*: Coole Geschichte, die InApp Purchasing Möglichkeiten wurden erweitert und nun können Inhalte wie Bücher, Videos, Musik usw. direkt aus der App heraus erworben werden, einfach in einer CSV Datei Informationen wie Preis, Währung, Beschreibung und ID eingeben. Das zusätzliche SDK inklusive der Urban Airship Libraries ermöglichen das Einrichten von Inventories und natürlich den Download, der innerhalb der Anwendung veräußert werden soll. Die CSV Datei kann nach dem Upload der Inhalte auf das Urban Airship Portal generiert werden und diese sollte dann während dem Einreichungsprozess hochgeladen werden. Und das Beste daran ist, dass Intel die Kosten für die InApp purchases bis Ende März 2015 (!!) für registrierte Entwickler übernimmt, notwendig ist auch noch ein Urban Airship Account und schon kann es los gehen. Natürlich können Entwickler auch andere Hostingprovider nutzen, mit der Urban Airship Kooperation ist das ganze stärker an AppUp angepasst. Momentan ist das ganze nutzbar für html5 Apps, die durch den Encapsulator gejagt wurden und Anwendungen, welche das C++ SDK nutzen. Eine genaue Anleitung gibt es hier:

Getting Intel Service Manager Crash and locked out of AppUp developers program website.
Hello, I'm having problems with my beta app installation not working and getting an Intel Services Manager Crash. This leaves the AppUp Store still trying to install the app and I have to close the AppUp Store to stop it. When this happens I'm also not able to login to the AppUp developers web page until I clean stuff up and wait a while. The OS is Windows 7 Pro SP1, Version 3.5.1.37832.89-3.5.89 of the AppUp Store and version 2.0 of the AppUp SDK. The application works fine stand alone, the MSI file works fine stand alone but when I put it in the AppUp store and try it I get this crash. In my app the ADP_Initialize call gets a 2 returned (ADP_NOT_AVAILABLE). One thing that we do that might be out of the ordinary is we have a custom install item in the MSI file that runs the application in the Install phase. Do not know if that is a factor, but it does run stand alone. I have also sent the Intel Services Manager Crash Report off to where ever they go. Any ideas on what is happening or how to correct this? Thank you. Jay S.

Hi all, I'm developing an html5 app. I've no problem to ship with my app all the html and js file, but as we have a huge quantity of content on out platform we can't ship all within the app itself. So we are going to cache the content for offline use after the user tell to the app to cache that info. For the text content we use local storage, so no problem here, but we are trying to know how best cache images. On other platform like phonegap there are some plugin to do this kind of thing, i wonder if someone has just faced the problem. Thanks a lot Michele

hi: I want to submit two apps on intel app store. the apps are for free but, I want to use third party plugin that allows adds trafficking. the plugin is belong to a company called "InnerActive". unfortunately, I cannot use what is available in the product catalog because I am using the T1 AGK language and innerActive is the only plugin yet available to work with it. ok or not
Appup caused Windows 7 64-bit to crash...
Hi Appup folks, I just got a new system (i7 3930x) and noticed after installing appup that my system would crash within 10 minutes until I uninstalled it. Before I had it installed the system was just fine. I am running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1. I noticed before the crash I would get this square black rectangle in the center of the screen and one time it said Appup was having an issue so I uninstalled it and it has not crashed yet. I even stopped the system from sleeping and it still crashed untill I uninstalled appup. I do not need to run appup on the system so I will leave it off for now till I hear what you might think it is. Regards, -Tony

Hi, I've completed all the forms fields to fill up for release my app but at the end, there's an error stating - "Your app could not be submitted". I discover whenever I do "save and exit" and goes back again, the values are not saved! Nothing gets changed. Please help. Thanks.

HTML5/Javascript App: Unable to Print Div Content with print() Function
I have a Web app built with HTML5/CSS3/Javascript that I'm building/debugging with Encapsulator 1.0. Using a jQuery library called jqPrint (found here: https://github.com/tanathos/jquery.jqprint), which uses the print() function, the Web app is able to print the content of a 'div' when it is running in Safari and Google Chrome. But the Windows app created with Encapsulator 1.0 (which uses an old QT We4bKit engine) is NOT able to or does NOT print the content of the 'div'. Any documented/known reason why this is a problem with Encapsulator 1.0? Many thanks in advance for any feedback on this issue.

Hello, I am using vs 2010. I do not have the following merge modules: Microsoft_VC90_CRT_x86.msm Microsoft_VC90_DebugCRT_x86.msm What i do have is: Microsoft_VC100_CRT_x86.msm Microsoft_VC100_DebugCRT_x86.msm Will that be fine or is there a way I can get the .msm files?

Sorry for my bad english. Dear Intel AppUp, I managed to successfully install the plugin for Eclipse, now the six items on the menu "Intel AppUp (TM)" all work. I launched the Wizard (click on "Intel AppUp (TM) Software Development Wizard ") and I made to the source of my program THREE changes; about the line app = new Application (ApplicationId.DEBUG_ID); NOT I clicked on "ApplicationId.DEBUG_ID" and then NOT have changed the "DEBUG_ID" When I try to launch the debugger (click on "Start Intel AppUp (TM) Software Debugger ") I get a window that says" Started Listening ... "and nothing happens, it remains just that until written ' do not click on "Exit" ALSO when I try to launch the program every little console I get the red writing "April 7, 2012 6:16:26 PM com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.client.p2p.HttpSOAPConnection post Severe: SAAJ0009: Message send failed " How do I make the program work?
AppUp Software Debugger Automatic launch disable in Visual Studio
Since adding the AppUp SDK V2.0 to my VS2010 C++ project, the AppUp Software debugger automatically launches when I debug my application, even for configurations which aren't using the AppUp SDK. Where are the settings to control this behaviour? I've been through everything and cannot find it... Many thanks!
Problems with Plugin for Java for Eclipse

I would like to publish on Intel AppUp a program I wrote in Java with Eclipse, and that end I installed the plugin on Eclipse "adp-java-eclipse-plugin-v1.1.zip" Now there's Eclipse 'menu "Intel AppUp', but 'the subheadings of "Start Intel AppUp Software Debugger", "Stop Software Intel AppUp Debugger "and" Intel AppUp Software Development Wizard "is DEACTIVATED. I read in the help that if these subheadings are disabled means that the Java SDK is not 'installed correctly, but I just installed the latest version of Java SDK (version 7 update 2) and I have it installed correctly, if I type "java-jar" and the name of the program the program starts normally! I use Windows XP, if I click on "Control Panel" and then "Remove Programs" in the list of installed programs that is 'inclusive' Java (TM) 7 Update 2 "and" Java (TM) SE Development Kit 7 Update 2. " How do I run the plugin?

Intel App developer support not responding
Hi, Yesterday I got the notification from Intel that one of my app has been selected among quality 200 apps. I have a couple of queries and I emailed (appdeveloper@intel.com) them. But I havent got any response yet. Anyone knows a better way to contact them? I shall put my queries here. 1. With notification, they had sent me an Affidavit document. They had asked me to sign the document and sent them inorder to receive the prize money. My question is, on signature column, should I paste the image of my actual signature or just put my name or type as sd/ ? Also there is another column for entering name. So can I put my name on both columns? Can anyone help me on this. 2. I have trouble setting up paypal account. Can they send my prize money by Western Union or Direct Bank Deposit? regards

Then the app will be sold on Intel’s site with that handy advertising. XY is up and running, but it’s programmed in VB.NET 2010. In “How to enter the developer challenge” Intel says “Prepare your HTML5, CSS, Javascript*, AJAX, or embedded Flash* Web app for the Intel AppUpSM center with Intel—or package your code manually.
