The date of the winners notification was changed

Red Belt Today i found what the day of the winners notification was changed from 4th January to 20th January.

It because not all of applications submitted until 21th December has been validated?

All participants in the “Submit early. Win big.” Promotion were sent a personal communication on Dec 31, 2009. Hopefully, you received it. Due to an overwhelming response to the promotion, we are still working through the validation of applications. In order to give all participants that submitted their application by 3:00 p.m. PST on December 21, 2009 a fair chance at winning the fabulous prizes, we will now notify winners via e-mail on January 20, 2010 versus the original date of January 4, 2010. We apologize for the inconvenience.
