We are aware of some registration errors that are popping up for some of our developers trying to sign up for the program. There appears to be an issue with how a few systems talk to one another, causing the registration session to either time out or show an error. We apologize for this inconvenience. We are actively working on it. We will let you know as soon as this is resolved.
