I want to know that if i had submitted .MSI application with the same name then,may i sumbit the MeeGo application as well, or is there any different process for submitting the MeeGo application(Created in Encapsulator)?

Each binary has to have a unique app name. Many developers just add the OS (Windows* or MeeGo) to the app title. For example, if your Windows app is named "Testapp" then your Windows version could be "Testapp MeeGo."
