I am pleased to announce the winners for the first Intel AppUp Mobile Hackathon! We had 10 great apps produced in 36 hours over 812 miles of road for this event, and all were simply amazing. Congratulations to the five winning developers and their apps:
Grand prize: Eco Manager, winner $3,000 USD
2nd place: OneList, winner $2,500 USD
3rd place: XFit, winner $1,500 USD
4th place: Touch Fighter, winner $1,500
5th place: Stylebrowser, winner $1,500

Congratulations to the Winners and thanks to all who rode the bus and submitted apps!! It was great to meet you all in person, to see your apps Tuesday evening and get your feedback in the Thursday Talk. Gina and I really appreciate your input on the hackathon bus -- super valuable to us.
I know a lot of you wanted to make improvements to your apps - that's great. When you are done, don't forget to enter the new challenge: appdeveloper.intel.com/challenge.
And I hope Martin got that giant cardboard check onto his flight home.
