On-demand training now available for developers!

Intel AppUp developer program has just launched our new on-demand training area! Developers can now access training on our SDKs, validation and packaging process, marketing opportunities and other topics at any time without having to wait for one of our in-person Intel AppUp Application Lab training events. The online training is instructor-led (via video) in Adobe Presenter format, which is Flash-based.

Access the courses by choosing GET STARTED > ON DEMAND TRAINING in the menu above, or by visiting http://appdeveloper.intel.com/en-us/onlinetraining.

There are currently three courses available, with more coming online in the next few months:

  • AppUp 101: A first look at the Intel AppUp developer program. Quickly get up to speed on the Intel AppUpSM center, the Intel AppUp developer program, and the multiple opportunities they offer developers. Plus, learn the basics of getting an app developed and validated. Course led by Scott Crabtree, Intel AppUp Technology Strategist
  • AppUp 102: Introduction to app submission and validation. Learn about the program's streamlined app validation process and the resources, tools, and guidelines that help you quickly get your apps ready for sale in the Intel AppUp center. Course led by Meghana Rao, Intel AppUp Technical Marketing Engineer.
  • AppUp 201: Writing applications using the MeeGo* SDK. Take a look inside the Intel AppUp™ SDK for MeeGo* and explore in detail the how to use its libraries, guidelines, and development environment to quickly create cross-platform MeeGo* OS apps. Course led by Daniel Holmlund, Intel AppUp Technical Marketing Engineer.

 

Participants will receive Intel Black Belt Software Development Program reputation points each time a course is finished, so watch them all to increase your rank! Courses taken will appear on your user profile, so other users will be able to see how active you are in our Intel AppUp developer program community.
