The results have come in, from scores of application developers contributing their MeeGo coding talent to the Intel AppUp developer program Submit Early for MeeGo.   Intel awarded the first 100 MeeGo applications submitted into the program between February 14th and April 29th, 2011 with USD$500 each, official rules.  The fantastic response to the Submit Early for MeeGo program is a testament to the excitement and momentum for the MeeGo Open Source OS.   The ten applications highlighted below were also awarded the grand prize of USD$1,000 for their uniqueness, marketability, usability and MeeGo features, official rules.  All of these applications will be available for consumer download when the Intel AppUp center for MeeGo launches soon!  Join me in congratulating these early winners, and look for more exciting apps in the AppUp client for MeeGo.
