APIs and Services
AppUp APIs and services provide numerous options for building in and adding on in-app features. These features can provide a level of security and protection from piracy, allow additional monetization of your app, or report back to you on usage or crashes. Options vary depending on AppUp SDKs listed below. To integrate any of these services into your application you must be using a supported AppUp SDK. See chart below.
Developer Services BETA
The Developer Services BETA from Intel AppUpSM developer program, gives you access to a new set of cloud based APIs. These APIs allow you to integrate location aware capabilities and features into your applications for Ultrabooks and other devices. For the initial beta release, you can create apps with the beta APIs for Geocoding, Reverse Geocoding, Maps, Directions and POI.

Intel AppUp™ SDK APIs
Services built into SDKs include:
- Authorization
Automatically verify that an end-user device is authorized to run an app, or that an app is authorized to use a component - Instrumentation
Record an app’s usage statistics and view on a dashboard - Crash reporting
Register, collect, and report data on all crashes - In-app upgrade
Enable users to purchase full versions of apps or other app titles from within an application - In-app unlocking
Allow users to buy app features, game levels, or other non consumable items within the app - In-App Purchase: Content powered by Urban Airship*
Enables users to buy content, such as videos or eBooks from within the application. - Consumer ID
Allows users to register and authenticate to your app using existing network services like Facebook, Google, and Yahoo. - Full Screen
