• A license file is included with the component. Components without a license will be rejected.
• The component has an API and user documentation for the API.
• The component can be run on Windows* 7 32-Bit, 64-bit or Meego* operating systems.
• The code does not enable specific behaviors that would result in an application’s validation failure.
